The Blue Mountain Lake Club will follow the Trick or Treating guidelines and hours set by Stroud Township as follows:
Trick-or-Treating hours are Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) considers trick-or-treating a higher risk activity, so please follow these guidelines:
Trick-or-Treaters:
Wear the recommended and proper mask that covers your nose and mouth.
Social Distance: Avoid being less than 6 feet from people outside your household for more than 15 minutes.
Only go with your family group where possible and stay close to home.
Sanitize hands regularly.
Do not trick-or-treat at homes that do not have the porch light on.
For handing out candy:
Wear a face covering, and if possible, remain outside.
No communal candy bowls or direct candy exchange.
Space out candy on a table for ‘grab and go’
Sanitize hands and table regularly.
If your home will be participating in trick-or-treat, please have your front lights or porch light on during the above stated hours, and please follow the CDC guidelines as referenced above. As noted above: trick-or-treaters should not approach or stop at homes that do NOT have their front lights or front porch lights on.
