Special Exception Garage Sales

The BML Board of Directors has approved individual garage/yard sales for TWO (2) weekends this year! 

Saturday & Sunday May 20 and 21^st

Saturday & Sunday September 9^th and 10^th.

This special exception will only be allowed on the dates and times provided and all who will be participating will need to register with the BML Office and agree to abide by the terms of this special exception (i.e. bulk items that are not sold at the sale will NOT be left curbside, owners must ensure that patrons do not block through traffic at any time during the sale, all owners who will be participating must receive a Garage-Yard Sale permit from Stroud Township, all owners who will be participating must apply for a BML Special Exception permit, etc.).  No rain dates.
